Help us deliver the Games

From 23 July – 2 August 2026, Glasgow will once again host the Commonwealth Games — an 11-day celebration of world-class sport, community pride and unforgettable moments. But this time, it’s a little different. Built on bold ambition and powered by the people who make Glasgow brilliant, the Games are back with a fresh, forward-thinking model.

We’re now inviting proposals from suppliers who can provide Games logistics services including warehousing and distribution.

The requirement? To plan, manage and deliver the warehouse operations, distribution, venue logistics workforce and material handling equipment (MHE) required to help stage the Games.

This opportunity is for highly experienced suppliers with a proven track record in delivering the planning, management, installation and removal of assets for a multi-sport event.

What You’ll Help Us Do:

  • Responsible for the warehousing, distribution and reverse logistics for dissolution.
  • Provision of venue logistics workforce and MHE.
  • Integrate seamlessly within the Logistics (LOG) functional area and with the wider OC and its partners.
  • Find efficiencies through creative solutions to help us transform our venues into spaces that showcase how we are paving our way to the new era of Commonwealth Sport.
