Medal Fabrication Supplier
Help us deliver the Games
From 23 July β 2 August 2026, Glasgow will once again host the Commonwealth Games β an 11-day celebration of world-class sport, community pride and unforgettable moments. But this time, itβs a little different. Built on bold ambition and powered by the people who make Glasgow brilliant, the Games are back with a fresh, forward-thinking model.
Weβre now inviting proposals from suppliers who can provide the fabrication, supply and delivery of the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games Prize Medals.
The Prize Medal is the most high-profile, widely anticipated and media-exposed asset in the Medals family. Prize Medals will be fabricated from gold, silver and bronze metals and awarded to competing athletes who rank 1st, 2nd or 3rd place individually, as a team, or in a tie-break at Glasgow 2026. Around 1,200 medals will be awarded at Glasgow 2026.
The Supplier shall provide the following:
- Prototype of each Prize Medal design, ribbon and presentation box.
- Fabrication and delivery of the Prize Medals (Gold, Silver, Bronze).
A high-level scope of work can be found in the ITT document.
