We’re now inviting proposals from CRM Strategy and Delivery Partners to help us turn excitement into engagement — from volunteer sign-ups to ticket sales, merchandise campaigns and beyond.
The role? To define and deliver a standout CRM approach that supports our campaigns, enhances the fan journey and unlocks meaningful insights across our data ecosystem.
This opportunity is for a high-performing agency with a proven track record in integrated CRM delivery, omni-channel marketing campaigns and data-led engagement strategies.
What You’ll Help Us Do:

Launch high-impact campaigns for volunteering, ticketing and merchandise

Create segmented CRM journeys that excite and convert

Integrate seamlessly with Dotdigital and Commonwealth Sport systems

Deliver reporting dashboards and insight for Glasgow 2026 and partners

Shape a strategy that’s smart, scalable and brilliantly effective
