We’re now inviting proposals from CRM Strategy and Delivery Partners to help us turn excitement into engagement — from volunteer sign-ups to ticket sales, merchandise campaigns and beyond.

The role? To define and deliver a standout CRM approach that supports our campaigns, enhances the fan journey and unlocks meaningful insights across our data ecosystem.

This opportunity is for a high-performing agency with a proven track record in integrated CRM delivery, omni-channel marketing campaigns and data-led engagement strategies.

What You’ll Help Us Do:

  • Launch high-impact campaigns for volunteering, ticketing and merchandise

  • Create segmented CRM journeys that excite and convert

  • Integrate seamlessly with Dotdigital and Commonwealth Sport systems

  • Deliver reporting dashboards and insight for Glasgow 2026 and partners

  • Shape a strategy that’s smart, scalable and brilliantly effective
