The Role

We have a unique and exciting opportunity available to join the team as Games Integration Manager! This role will play a vital role in the readiness and delivery of the Games. It will place you at the heart of the action, working alongside experts to deliver a global event that sets the new standard for major sporting celebrations.

Working closely with the Head of Games Integration and Readiness you will support the Games Integration programme ensuring that all functional areas and their suppliers are fully integrated into Glasgow 2026 and working closely together to streamline operational planning, identifying risks and challenges and mitigating issues.    

This is a pivotal role for someone with major event or operational readiness experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about helping teams perform at their best when it matters most.

Job Summary: 

Our model involves significant outsourced delivery elements across a number of suppliers which report into various different functional areas across Glasgow 2026.  Your role will be to support the Games Integration programme by managing key operational games integration processes including workshops to map and manage dependencies across different parts of the organisation and our suppliers.

You will be required to support the onboarding processes for suppliers, ensuring that it is well organised and engagement prioritised.

In addition, you will support the running of the readiness activities which test and exercise key areas of the business to understand key challenges and highlight gaps, issues and risks to boost preparedness.  

Key Skills and Experience: 

We are looking for a Games Integration Manager who has proven experience in the planning and delivery of multi sport or major events.  

Key attributes include being an excellent communicator, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and being a problem solver with the ability to influence and manage relationships.

Salary - Starting salary is £45,000. Salary offered will be based on demonstrated skills and experience related to this role.
