The Role  

To help deliver a world-class Games, we are seeking an Accreditation Client Services Manager (Workforce & Media) to be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of an effective and efficient Accreditation process for Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games workforce (paid staff, contractors and volunteers).  

Job Summary:   

Reporting to the Senior Accreditation Manager, you will have responsibility for designing, developing and implementing a smooth, efficient and secure accreditation journey from start to finish. Central to your role will be the creation of the Workforce Accreditation Privilege Matrix, working in collaboration with key Functional Areas to integrate processes and create a seamless workforce journey. You will contribute to the configuration and testing of the accreditation system, develop procedures, manuals and supporting materials, and ensure that all applications are meticulously tracked and processed through data analysis and regular reporting. A key part of your role will be managing a small team of Accreditation Coordinators, guiding them to deliver exceptional client support throughout the accreditation application process. 

From implementing processes to capture venue and zone owner approvals, to supporting  the accreditation and visa process across Games Family client groups, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accreditation operates efficiently across the organisation.  

Key Skills and Experience: 

To thrive in this role you will bring knowledge of multi-sport event accreditation requirements, with proven experience operating in dynamic, fast-paced and high-pressure events environment. You will have strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and experience working within complex event environments. You will need a thorough understanding of accreditation system configuration and requirements, alongside strong IT skills and the ability to manage systems with accuracy and consistency. Relationship management will be central to your success, as will the ability to collaborate, anticipate challenges and make confident decisions under pressure.

Salary: Starting salary is from £45,000 Salary offered will be based on demonstrated skills and experience related to this role.
