A confident collaborator, you’ll have proven success in building strong partnerships with schools, local authorities, and youth organisations, and in engaging young people through inclusive initiatives. You’ll be adept at working with communications and digital teams to promote opportunities effectively and creatively.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, alongside strong organisational and analytical abilities. You’ll thrive in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments, managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
As an inspiring and empathetic leader, you’ll motivate teams and partners to deliver their best, demonstrating professionalism, creativity, and commitment to inclusion.
