As the Games approach, you will lead and motivate a team of Deputy Venue Logistics Managers and other staff, providing clear direction, guidance and support in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Collaboration will be key as you work with other Functional Areas such as Security, Overlay, Technology and Procurement to deliver integrated solutions that meet operational demands and uphold the highest standards of safety and service.

Key Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have experience working within multi-sport event environments or large-scale logistics operations at a management level, ideally having held senior venue leadership/logistics management roles, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects in a demanding, time-sensitive environment. You will bring exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and resources effectively.
