The Role  

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sponsor Services team as a Sponsor Services Manager!

As Sponsor Services Manager, you will be required to lead the relationship management of a portfolio of sponsors, rights fulfilment and activation maximisation.

You will play a pivotal role in bringing the spirit of the Games to life. This is not just a coordination role — it’s a chance to shape unforgettable moments for sponsors, athletes, spectators and fans, local communities and visitors from around the world.

Job Summary:  

As Sponsor Services Manager, you will lead in the relationship management of a portfolio of sponsors ensuring timely and efficient delivery of rights. You will be responsible for overseeing a Sponsor Services Coordinator in their management of a portfolio of sponsors ensuring quality of output, strong relationships being formed and agreed service levels maintained.

In addition, you will ensure your allocated sponsors are supported in the completion of their Marketing Plan/s and work with the wider marketing function to secure approval of plans in accordance with the agreed guidelines.

Experience: 

We are looking for a strong communicator who has excellent written and presentation skills. You need to have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, frequently under pressure and love to multi task. 

Relationship building is key and our ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others and manage relationships positively.

You need to be a leader who can take a project from end to end and deliver great results demonstrating a full suite of project management skills. 

We’re particularly interested in candidates with strong brand and campaign development experience, ideally gained in a major event or cultural environment.

Agency experience is desirable, though not essential.

Salary: Starting salary is from £45,000. Salary offered will be based on demonstrated skills and experience related to this role.
