• Please send your request at least 30 days in advance so we have time to plan properly.

• Completing the form does not guarantee an appearance, but our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

• We may be in touch to ask for additional details to support planning, accessibility and safety checks.

• Events must be suitable for Finnie and align with Glasgow 2026 and Commonwealth Sport values.

• A private changing area, easy access on arrival and a clear point of contact on the day help us bring the full Finnie magic to your event.
