Robyn Love is a three-time Paralympian and one of Scotland’s leading Wheelchair Basketball players, competing in both the traditional and 3x3 formats of the sport.

A multiple European medal winner, Robyn represented Scotland at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, where 3x3 Wheelchair Basketball made its debut. The women’s team finished fourth, narrowly missing out on a podium place in a highly competitive tournament.

Known for her passion, leadership, and connection with fans, Robyn is recognised for her ability to inspire both on and off the court. She’s particularly admired for her composure under pressure and her commitment to representing Scotland with pride.

Off court, Robyn is a strong advocate for women’s and disability sport. She is passionate about increasing participation, visibility, and opportunities for underrepresented athletes, regularly speaking on the importance of community and role models in sport.

As an Official Ambassador for Glasgow 2026, Robyn is behind the 2026 Games, engaging local and national communities, and helping inspire the next generation of athletes across Scotland and the wider Commonwealth.

I’m incredibly honoured to be named as a Glasgow 2026 Ambassador. To represent Scotland at a home Games, so close to where I grew up, is just awesome. The support from Scottish fans is going to be unbelievable.
