The Role
We are recruiting for a number of Coordinator positions to support multiple departments within Glasgow 2026. These roles provide an exciting opportunity to support the effective delivery, planning, administration and coordination of key activities and services.
This is your chance to be part of a world-class sporting event, right at the heart of the action in Glasgow. Successful candidates will be assigned to a department based on organisational requirements, skills, experience and individual preferences where possible. Departments may include areas such as Operations, Catering, Customer Service, and Team Services.
These are fixed-term contract positions, 3-4 weeks in length, running from either the 13th or 20th July to the 7th August 2026. Applicants must be available to work for the full duration of the contract. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider candidates who are unable to commit to the entire contract period.
Job Summary
Depending on the department, responsibilities may include: Coordinating day-to-day activities and schedules, supporting projects and service delivery, managing communications with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records and documentation, monitoring progress against deadlines and objectives, and providing administrative and organisational support to teams
These roles involve a variable working pattern. This may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Therefore flexibility is a key requirement.
Key Skills and Experience
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Interest in major sporting or international events.
- Experience providing administrative or coordination support in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
Due to the nature of the roles and the requirement for daily on-site attendance, applicants must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our venues and/or Glasgow city centre office, and demonstrate that they can reliably commute to the workplace.

Salary: Starting salary is from £28,325. Salary offered will be based on demonstrated skills and experience related to this role.
