If you require information about accessibility arrangements or need support with transport, catering, accommodation or any other Games service, please speak to your Team Manager, who can coordinate assistance through the Games Service Centre.

For additional accessibility queries or to discuss specific access requirements or reasonable adjustments, please contact [email protected]

Bookable Meeting Rooms

A number of bookable meeting rooms are available across the team hotels and can be reserved by CGAs for meetings, team briefings, performance analysis, events and celebrations.

These rooms provide a convenient, private setting for teams to come together during the Games and are available in addition to each CGA's allocated Operational Space.

The rooms consist of the hotel tables and chairs, a screen and a white board which can be arranged as needed for the purpose of the meeting.

All meeting rooms are fully accessible and are available in a range of sizes to accommodate different group sizes and event types.

Meeting rooms are available from 20 July to 2 August, between 07:00 and 22:00. Please note that some rooms may occasionally be unavailable due to operational requirements. Availability will be confirmed when you make your booking.

Meeting rooms can be booked in person by the Chef de Mission, Deputy Chef de Mission or Team Manager at any of the Games Service Centres located at:

  • Zone 1: Crowne Plaza
  • Zone 2: Radisson Blu
  • Zone 3: Glasgow Marriott

Rooms can be reserved in one-hour time slots. We kindly ask that rooms are left clean and tidy after use for the next group.

If you require catering or additional technology for your meeting, this can be arranged directly with the reception team at the hotel where your meeting room is located. Charges will apply.

In order to give equal and fair access to all CGAs, multiple and bulk bookings are not permitted.

We also request that bookable meeting rooms are vacated at the end of the allocated time and that cancellations are made at the Games Services Centre if your plans or requirements change.

Etiquette

To ensure fair access for all CGAs, multiple or bulk bookings are not permitted.

Please ensure treatment rooms are vacated promptly at the end of your allocated booking. If your plans change and you no longer require the room, please cancel your booking at the Games Service Centre so it can be made available to another delegation.

Referral Process to Central Clinical Hub

Athletes whose CGA does not have an accredited medical practitioner within its delegation, and who require specialist physiotherapy or soft tissue treatment during the Games, should attend the Central Clinical Hub.

Location:
150 Howard Street
Glasgow G1 4ET

Transport to and from the Central Clinical Hub is the responsibility of each CGA. Dedicated drop-off and pick-up spaces are available directly outside the entrance.

Walk-in appointments are accepted; however, where possible, you are encouraged to contact the Clinical Hub in advance to arrange an appointment by calling 0141 611 4242.
