Glasgow has an extensive train and bus network, making it easy to travel to and from Games venues. Services will continue to operate throughout the Games, although some stops close to venues may be temporarily relocated or suspended to help manage spectator flows. Where this happens, alternative stops will be clearly signposted and located within a comfortable walking distance.

By Train

Travelling by train is one of the quickest and most sustainable ways to get to the Games. ScotRail will be running additional services on key routes and adding more than 1,400 extra carriages throughout the Games to help spectators travel to and from venues.

Visit Plan Your Journey | Train Journey Information | ScotRail for journey planning, live travel information and ticket details.

Many ScotRail stations also offer car parking, allowing spectators to park and complete their journey by train. For information on station parking facilities, visit: https://www.scotrail.co.uk/plan-your-journey/stations-and-facilities/car-parking

By Bus

Glasgow's extensive bus network provides another convenient way to travel around the city. A range of ticket options are available, including single, day and multi-day tickets, making it easy to choose the option that best suits your visit.
