A ticketed, live entertainment programme will take place at SWG3 throughout Glasgow 2026, from 23 July to 2 August. While the area will be busier than usual, residents and businesses will still be able to access their properties as normal and essential services will continue throughout.

Impact on travel

There may be a small number of temporary transport restrictions, specifically to Eastvale Place. The surrounding area is also expected to be busier than usual.

• Local bus stops may experience higher demand.
• Nearby rail and Subway stations may be busier before and after events.
• Walking and cycling routes remain open.

Local access

Residents and businesses can access their properties as normal. Deliveries, waste collection and essential services will continue.

On a small number of days, access to Eastvale Place may be restricted to ensure safety during event operations.
